Vriserus: Land of Wisteria
Me and a friend have thought of an idea for a game back in September 2016.
We plan to start development on this project the following year, we have been thinking of some ideas over the past few months and most heavily in early July. July was busy for me as i created many different characters which are said to be the relic wielders in Vriserus: Land of Wisteria. I'm afraid to say, i'm not a good digital artist, but i drawn out some thoughts on how i imagine the characters to look like, you can see the characters via Character Creation.
Also in July, i collaborated with a friend of mine, in the music industry "Tommy Wort" on making the start of the soundtrack for my game. At first it wasn't planned, but we ended up making a song which sounded good, surprised at ourselves, we continued to develop the song until our phenomenal piece "Wisteria". With that made, we both had a spark of excitement inside us and we called it a day and decided to work on the soundtrack. The soundtrack presently has 5 songs, some of which you can here via https://soundcloud.com/tommy-wort ("Wisteria" and "Inspire", a pre-release of the final version)
In early August i also self-taught myself how to code in the gamemaker program, I developed a small test room and tried out different things, you can see these videos on my youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwJG-EyggNroqChqe1dgvMg
